This year at Focus, we're switching things up with Jitter digital badges, your sleek and secure passkey to everything that makes Focus awesome. Jitter badges are eco-friendly (say goodbye to mountains of discarded wristbands!), super secure, and update in real-time, so you're always in the loop on the latest events and happenings.

But wait, what about your phone dying? Don't panic, party people! We've got you covered with backup charging stations and friendly staff ready to assist. Plus, let's be real, who leaves their phone behind these days?

So, this year at Focus, embrace the future of festival access. Jitter badges: Your dance floor passport, your workshop key, your community connection. Keep your phone handy, and get ready to unlock a world of Focus fun like never before!

Activate Your Badge

To activate your badge, you need the following things:

• Your first and last names attached to your profile.

• A clear headshot profile picture.

• Signed digital covid and safety waivers.

  • Anyone who purchased their pass directly through Jitter completed waivers at checkout.

  • Anyone who received a transferred pass will need to sign their waivers at the registration desk.

• Proof of covid vaccination.

Upload a Photo

1. Visit your profile page.

2. Click the edit button.

3. Scroll to the bottom and click the "change image" button.

4. A card will pop up where you can drop an image and hit "select." (images must be under 1MB)

5. After hitting select, go to the bottom right corner of your screen and hit the "update" button.

6. If the process worked, you will now see your profile pic displayed in the top right corner of the screen next to the shopping cart icon.
